Return Policy: To return merchandise for a refund, contact us with the invoice number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions as well as a return authorization number. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge plus freight. Special order merchandise and some furniture items are not returnable. All returns must be in resalable condition. Note: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Damaged Goods and Discrepancies: All orders are packed and shipped to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, merchandise may be lost or damaged in transit by the freight carriers.
1. Please count and inspect all cartons, noting any visual damage or full-carton shortages on the delivery ticket, before accepting and signing the freight receipt. Losses and/or damages must be noted at the time of delivery or credit and/or replacement cannot be issued.
2. Inspect for damage. If a carton is visibly damaged, you may either refuse delivery, or write "Possible Concealed Damage" on the delivery receipt before signing it. If you choose to keep the damaged carton, open it immediately and inspect for product damage. If damage exists, keep all cartons and packaging. Internal damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days of delivery in order for a claim to be filed. Please contact our Customer Service Department with any discrepancies.
Shipping Charges: Orders for supplies and curriculum aids totaling $50.00 or more receive FREE FREIGHT within the contiguous 48 states. Orders for less than $50.00 will incur a $5.95 shipping charge. Actual freight charges on Furniture and Equipment, and all items marked "Ship Direct from Factory" will be added to your invoice. Charges for these items can be estimated at 10% - 25% depending on the type of product, order size, and distance from the factory. Contact us for a freight quote, if need prior to ordering.
Our Guarantee: Everything we sell will perform as promised or you may return it, unused within 30 days. If product substitution is required, we will provide items of better quality or design than those shown. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
